After having a baby, I was able to lose all the weight I gained from my pregnancy, but got stuck at 165 pounds. There was nothing that could help me lose that weight, and the frustration led to a very sedentary lifestyle and I lost all motivation. The fact that my sisters and friends were in an amazing shape and were able to wear anything they wanted made it even more frustrating. I went up to a size 10 and I hated having to buy new clothes all the time. They all made me look older and bigger. At that moment, I felt vulnerable and had very little self-esteem. Someone I care for dearly said I was fat and that I looked like a cow. I was trying to battle my weight issues but it wasn’t going well. I became really worried and depressed so the last thing I needed were negative comments from people around me. Some people made me feel terribly because they took advantage of the trust I gave them to hurt me and taunt me because of my weight. From that moment on, I decided to make a commitment to my transformation and to myself. I didn’t want to let anyone else hurt me or make me feel bad. That’s when I started taking control of my life with Yes You Can!. I learned about the products through social media. All the information they gave me on nutrition helped me learn exactly what I had to eat, when I had to eat it and the perfect portions. I made a huge effort to start an activity routine and the results have been amazing. So far, I’ve lost 40 pounds and I feel extremely proud of myself! I have huge amounts of energy to deal with every aspect in my life. I can finally buy and wear all the clothes I really love and I’ve never felt sexier. I went back to a size Small. Those days of bad nutrition and no physical activity are in the past, and I’ve become a completely new woman thanks to Yes You Can!.
