Monserrat Mar

My name is Monserrat Mar, I'm Mexican and live in Texas. Since I was a child, I have always loved chocolates, so much that I went from being chubby to “the queen of chocolates”. When someone thought of Monserrat, they thought about chocolate because all I did was eat chocolates all day. My cousins ​​always mocked me and pushed away for being overweight. After becoming a mother, I had to have thyroid tests because I thought my weight was due to that, but no. I owed everything to those little chocolates that I considered them defenseless and which made me happy for a moment but brought me to weigh 205 pounds and be extra-large size. I tried to lose weight in many ways because everything I wore looked bad and especially because my life was bitter, instead of being sweet because I was overweight. As of today, I’ve lost 61 pounds! I feel beautiful and healthy with my new lifestyle, in which I learned to eat and also enjoy a sweet life called Yes You Can!.
