Gonzalo and Heidy Noriega

From obese couple, to hollywood couple

Heydy: We are Gonzalo and Heydy Noriega. We are 34 years old and are from Guatemala. Our life was like a movie. We were the perfect couple in all regards, the typical high school sweethearts. I was the beauty queen with the perfect measurements. I played sports, attended events, and enjoyed spending time with the captain of the soccer team and my heart; my husband, Gonzalo. Gonzalo: Our lives took an unexpected turn with the birth of our first daughter. We became preoccupied with our new situation, and we sadly forgot about us; especially about our diet. Heydy: I came to weigh 210 pounds. Gonzalo: And I weighed 230 pounds. We were unrecognizable! We had turned into a “Couple of Monsters.” After so many sleepless nights and much suffering, we decided to start our transformations together. As of today, we have lost 130 pounds between us, and we are now ready to be the leading couple in our own film, “Lifestyle with YES YOU CAN!”.
