Was always been chubby until she reached 210 lbs

My name is Geraldine Olivares, I am Mexican and I live in Brooklyn, New York. Since I was little, I was taught that eating is a pleasure that we have in life and had to enjoy it. There was nothing better than always being surrounded by family and food. I wanted to be active, but my weight kept me from participating in anything and feeling very lonely. I gained weight, I got up to 210 pounds. I tried to hide my weight, so, even if it was summer, I wore 3XL coat to hide. I was always embarrassed by my weight. I will never forget, one day I had to go out in the snow and my belly was so big that there was no way to close my jacket. Everyone felt sorry for me because not even a size 16 fit me. Being overweight was horrible for my body, my legs were irritated by the rubbing and sweat. I desperately looked for help and nothing changed, until I met Yes You Can!. As of today, I've dropped 70 pounds! I feel happy to live in the bustling city of New York, but with a healthy lifestyle that I can take wherever and whenever I want. My best birthday present is the health, body and weight I now have and I have always dreamed of. Thanks to my hero Alejandro Chabán, today I can say Yes You Can!
