Me encanta los sabores, a diferencia de otros shakes que he probado estos son deliciosos. Igualmente la hidratación de aloe vera por ahora mi favorita es la de jamaica. Todos los productos me han ayudado sobre todo a combatir la inflamación y el estreñimiento y ya comencé a ver resultados en mi peso. Gracias!!

Que puedo hacer si en la caja que me enviaron de mi Transformation kit no viene la guía de nutrición? 🙁

It seems like a pretty good product, unfortunately for me it was just a waste of my money, I had my hopes up due to all the good reviews, not sure if they delete the bad ones. We will see, anyways, I didn’t lost pounds, but I did had extremely hair lost, seriously, it was extremely! At the end of the month I had severe abdominal pain, chill and nausea.

I have been on this for about 3 weeks. I have already dropped about 6 pounds. I really loved the water lipo I could see a difference in my stomach by the third day. The shakes are yummy I got the tres leche and chocolate flavor. I serve them cold and that definitely makes a difference in how they taste. When I made them without ice it does taste a little different to me.
If you follow the steps and add just a little bit of working out you will see a difference ! It gives you a break down on what to do and if you follow the instructions in the planner you will see a difference. I am excited to continue this and so happy I found this . ❤️

Question, can we do breakfast and lunch not all the time once in a while and have dinner instead of the shake
