Banana Protein Bread Recipe with Complete Meal

Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 370°F (188°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the three bananas. Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and egg white. Mix until combined.
Add the rolled oats and 1 scoop of Complete Meal Vanilla. Stir until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
In a separate bowl, combine the whole egg, Greek yogurt, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and stevia.
Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, and 1 scoop of Complete Meal Chocolate. Mix until smooth.
Pour alternating portions of the vanilla and chocolate mixtures into the prepared loaf pan.
Gently swirl the mixtures with a knife or skewer. Avoid mixing them completely to preserve the marbled effect.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out without wet batter.
Let the bread cool before removing it from the pan. Slice into 8 portions and enjoy.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make banana protein bread without regular flour?
Yes. This recipe uses rolled oats in the banana mixture and a small amount of almond flour in the chocolate mixture instead of traditional all-purpose flour. The texture will be different from conventional banana bread, but the combination of bananas, eggs, and yogurt helps create a soft, moist loaf.
Why does this recipe use two Complete Meal flavors?
Chef Jesús combines Complete Meal Vanilla and Complete Meal Chocolate to create two complementary batters. When layered in the baking pan, they produce a chocolate swirl throughout the banana bread. The combination brings vanilla, banana, and cocoa flavors together while adding plant-based protein from both scoops.
Can I use very ripe bananas?
Yes. Ripe bananas are commonly used in banana bread because they are soft and easy to mash. They also contribute natural sweetness. Chef Jesús uses slightly ripe bananas in the original video, but you can experiment with riper fruit depending on the sweetness and texture you prefer.
How should I store homemade banana protein bread?
Allow the bread to cool, then store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. For best quality, enjoy it within three to four days. You can also freeze individual slices for later. Because the recipe contains eggs and dairy, avoid leaving it at room temperature for extended periods.
