Lime and Vanilla Pound Cake

  • 2 scoops Yes You Can! Complete Whey Protein- Vanilla
  • 1 lime
  • 4 packets of artificial sweetener
  • 4 Tbsp almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp oatmeal flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (including the lime's juice) until you have a uniform dough.
  3. Put the mix in a baking mold and take to the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let it cool and unmold.
  5. Add the lemon peel and enjoy!
