Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • 3 oz tilapia
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • Cilantro
  • 1/4 avocado
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Preparation

  1. Sear the tilapia in a skillet with the lime, salt, and pepper until fully cooked.
  2. In a bowl mix the onion, tomato, cilantro, lime juice and the fish.
  3. Serve on top of the tortillas and place the avocado strips on top.
  4. You can serve them with hot sauce for more flavor!
