Pork Chops With Guacamole

  • 3 oz pork chop
  • 1 pinch of salt, cumin, paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp avocado
  • Coriander
  • Jalapeño


  1. Marinate the pork chop with salt, cumin, paprika, oregano, 1/2 tsp lemon, garlic powder and take it to the grill to cook until browned on both sides.
  2. In a pan, mix garlic powder, tomato sauce, onion until hot and add it on top of your pork chop.
  3. For the guacamole mix avocado, onion, salt, 1 tsp lemon and jalapeño.
  4. Serve with your favorite salad.
