  • 2 avocados
  • Sour cream (Non-fat)
  • 1 tomato
  • Cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Celery


  1. Put the peeled avocado in a bowl and puree it.
  2. Add small amounts of the sour cream until a uniform paste with the avocado is formed and add the lemon juice.
  3. Finely chop the tomato and cilantro.
  4. Pour it into the avocado mixture and add salt to taste.
  5. Serve your guacamole in a dish with small branches of celery.
