Tuna Loaf

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tuna can
  • Pinch of baking soda


  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff, so the bread comes out fluffy.
  2. Add the tuna, egg, and baking soda and mix until everything is well blended.
  3. Pour the mix into a microwaveable bowl and microwave from 4:30 to 5 minutes.
  4. Eat it with your favorite salad.
