Stuffed Avocado with Shrimp

  • 3 oz Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup of Tomatoes cut in squares
  • 1/2 medium-sized Avocado
  • Cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce (optional)


  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Cook shrimp in pan with lemon, salt, and pepper to your liking until they're completely cooked.
  3. Add the tomatoes. Cilantro and the onions to the pan and mix well with the shrimp.
  4. Fill the avocado with the shrimp and add hot sauce if you like.
