Oatmeal Chocolate Chips Cookies

  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 2 scoops of Yes You Can! Complete Whey Protein - Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or bits of dark chocolate
  • 3 egg whites
  • 6 packs of artificial sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter


  1. Mix every ingredient while you preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place the dough on an oven tray using a spatula to avoid getting the mix stuck in your hands.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until crunchy.
