Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 3 oz boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup red onions
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Heat a light layer of the cooking spray and cook the chicken and mushrooms until golden brown.
  3. Cut up all toppings into small chunks.
  4. Spread tomato sauce on tortilla.
  5. Top the tortilla with all the toppings.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until toppings look good to you enjoy!
