Shrimp Stir Fry

  • 6 oz Raw Shrimp
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Red Chili Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbs Whole Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Frozen Vegetable Asian blend
  • 4 tsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbs Fat-Free vegetable broth
  • 2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Marinate shrimp, cayenne pepper, garlic and sesame seeds with balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp of low-sodium soy sauce in a large plastic food storage bag.
  2. Set aside in refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Add red bell pepper, broccoli, sugar snap peas and green onions.
  4. In a small bowl, mix in soy sauce. Add to vegetable mix and cook until it begins to boil.
  5. Add shrimp mixture until shrimp becomes opaque and transfer to serving bowl.
