Bread Pudding

  • 1 whole wheat loaf of bread
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of artificial sweetener
  • 2 scoops Complete Whey Protein - Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of sugar-free caramel sauce


  1. Whisk the eggs and moisten the bread with the milk, if you want you can blend it or shred the bread with your hands before you add the milk.
  2. Add the artificial sweetener and the protein powder. Mix well.
  3. Add the caramel sauce to a baking tray and add the bread mix.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until it's firm.
  5. Unmold when it cools off.
  6. The caramel should be on top.
