Vanilla Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground almonds
  • 2 scoops of Yes You Can! Complete Whey Protein - Vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dash baking powder
  • 2 tbsp artificial sweetener
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Sugar-free chocolate syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix in all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Spray the molds with cooking spray.
  3. Fill up each pocket to 3/4 of the way.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 275 F.
  5. Let them cool.
  6. Decorate with sugar-free chocolate syrup.
