  • 3 oz chicken breast strips
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbs. mustard
  • 1 whole-wheat hot dog bun
  • Cooking Spray


  1. Slice the chicken breast in long strips and put them on the grill or in a skillet with your cooking spray.
  2. Add the onions to the skillet or grill until they are softened.
  3. Put the chicken strips and onions on the whole-wheat hot dog bun and add the chopped tomatoes and mustard.
