  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tsp of sweetener or sucralose
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup of Yes You Can! Complete Whey Protein - Vanilla


  1. Blend the 4 egg whites perfectly.
  2. Gradually add the sweetener or sucralose until it integrates with the egg whites.
  3. While the ingredients are in the blender, add the lemon peel and the 1/2 cup of Complete Whey Protein - Vanilla.
  4. When everything is blended and integrated and a meringue has formed, place small portions of the mixture on a pan, making round figures.
  5. Bake at 250 F for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy this sweet and delicious Venezuelan snack.
