Protein Churros

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and baking powder
  • 2 scoops of Yes You Can! Complete Whey Protein - Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 packet of sweetener to your preference
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon to taste


  1. Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil.
  2. Add almond flour and stir well until it forms a dough.
  3. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir until it is compact.
  4. With a pastry bag and star shaped tip, put the churros on a baking sheet covered with wax paper.
  5. Bring to a 350 F preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Enjoy them with a little cinnamon combined with sweetener and a delicious afternoon coffee.
