Egg Torta

  • 3 oz egg whites
  • 1 whole wheat roll
  • 1/2 cup of onions
  • 1/2 cup of tomatoes
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • Lettuce
  • Mustard to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray


  1. Coat a skillet with the cooking spray and sauté the onions and the garlic.
  2. Mix the egg whites with the tomatoes in a bowl.
  3. When the onions are transparent add the egg whites and cook thoroughly.
  4. Serve the eggs on the roll with lettuce and mustard.
