Turkey Burger with Pico de Gallo

  • 1 tbsp avocado
  • 1 whole wheat hamburger bun
  • Store-bought lean turkey burger (3oz)
  • Store-bought fresh Pico de Gallo
  • 1 cup sweet baby lettuce


  1. Cook the turkey per package instructions.
  2. Toast the bun.
  3. Spread the avocado on buns.
  4. Add the turkey burger, cheese, and Pico de Gallo.
  5. Serve with a green salad with tomatoes.
  6. Serve with sweet baby lettuce.
