Vanilla Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 scoops Complete Whey Protein Vanilla flavor
  • Powder cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Add the water and salt to a small pot over medium high heat until the water starts boiling.
  2. Sprinkle the oatmeal and keep stirring with a wooden spoon. Do not add the oatmeal all at once or it will stick together.
  3. When it starts to boil again bring it to low heat and let it stand for 2 minutes; depending on the desired consistency.
  4. Serve it in a bowl and add the Yes You Can! Diet Plan Vanilla Protein Shake and stir well.
  5. Add the powder cinnamon in top. Enjoy!
