Machaca Eggs

  • 6 oz. Machaca (Shredded Mexican Beef)
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Serrano Peppers
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Hot sauce (optional)


  1. To make the Machaca with egg, the first thing we do is chop the onion, tomatoes and serrano pepper very finely.
  2. Heat three tablespoons of Olive oil in a pan, and then add the vegetables.
  3. Sauté for a few minutes until the onion is translucent and the pepper is tender.
  4. Add the Machaca, salt and pepper to taste and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the 3 eggs directly into the pan, stir and cook until desired consistency.
  6. We can accompany the Machaca with hot sauce.
